- Hello! I'm Kari and I am a 28 year old mother of 4 boys. I grew up in the Sacramento area of California but moved to Utah when I was 17. I am a DONA trained Birth Doula and the Utah County Board representative for the Utah Doula's Association. My passion for birth is rooted in my knowledge that birth is a natural, normal process and that the female body is truly an amazing creation. My aspiration as a doula is to empower my clients with knowledge and faith in their bodies ability to birth their babies. I also strive to help you find exactly what you want from your birth and dedicate all of my energy to making "your ideal birth" become a reality.
